Viburnum davidii is one of the most attractive of the Viburnums with large elliptical pleated leaves and flattened clusters of tiny creamy-white flowers in Spring. A dioecious shrub with separate male and female plants, it produces extraordinary metallic-blue fruits in autumn if both male and female plants have been present for pollination.
Forming a handsome broad shrub, Viburnum davidii prefers an acidic humus-rich moist soil with a shady or partially shady aspect
