Solanum lanciniatum, Kangaroo Apple, is native to both Australia and New Zealand and is a fast-growing shrubby bush with large attractive foliage and blue to purple flowers. It quicky forms an exotic jungly look to the garden and isn't too fussy about soil or cultivational requirements.
