Iris chrysographes 'Ultraviolet' is an intense violet-purple form with dark purple veins and pale white and gold markings on the falls. The tall elegant linear greyish-green foliage is a perfect complement to this stunning and graceful flower. Flowers late April to May. Forms an attractive elegant clump by rhizomatous growth.
