Griselinia littoralis 'Variegata' is a variegated-leaf cultivar of the tough New Zealand native shrub/tree with attractive foliage splashed with creamy-yellow markings. It makes an ideal planting companion with a range of herbaceous perennials as well as more exotic larger-leaved plants. Its colourful foliage is fantastic in flower arrangements.
Very tolerant of wind and dry soils, Griselinia littoralis 'Variegata' will nonetheless do best in a rich moist soil in a warm sheltered location.
