Crocosmia 'Carmine Brilliant' is a tall-growing Crocosmia with long, tubular, bright-carmine flowers and a yellow throat and yellow anthers. It is very floriferous and during its long flowering season creates an exotic and hot tropical atmosphere that is as far from an English cottage garden as it is possible to get.
Enjoys full sun although it will take some shade. Water well during the summer. Best in a free-draining sandy soil.
Highly recommended. A good-sized clump of growing plants in a 1L pot.
